    First, we carry out corresponding inspections after each production process. For finished products, we perform 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
    In addition, we have the most advanced and complete top-tier inspection equipment in the industry, including spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, universal tensile testing machines, low-temperature impact testers, X-ray flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, coordinate measuring machines, and video measuring machines. These instruments fully ensure that we can provide customers with high-precision finished castings and meet all inspection requirements regarding physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric dimension inspection.

  • Q: What are your payment terms?

    When we provide a quotation, we will confirm the transaction method with you. For mass production, we generally require a 30% advance payment, with the balance paid against the bill of lading.

  • Q: How do you usually ship the goods to customers?

    We usually ship by sea. It is very convenient for sea freight export as we are only 3.5 hours away from Ningbo Port. Of course, for customer samples, we choose air freight so that customers can receive our products more quickly.

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, and Vietnam.
